Now, we’re entering our next evolution: transforming our infrastructure into a secure, scalable, Private Cloud–ready platform deployable at enterprise scale.

To get there, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer who wants ownership, technical depth, and impact.

🚀 What You Will Lead

🔧 Architect Our Next-Gen Platform

Shape the evolution from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes and design a Private Cloud deployment architecture that powers global enterprise use cases.

🛠 Build a 1-Click Private Cloud Deployment System

You will deliver a fully automated, single-tenant deployment image (MVP <3 months, full rollout in 3–6 months) used by IT and Cybersecurity teams at some of the world’s largest manufacturers.

🔐 Own Core Security & Identity Architecture

Implement enterprise-grade IAM using Keycloak, secure APIs, and hardened deployment paths. You will directly influence how 3D Spark passes audits, deployments, and ISO 27001 certification.

📈 Create a Reliable, Observable, Self-Healing Platform

Establish monitoring, alerting, and SIEM integrations (Prometheus, Grafana, Wazuh) to ensure system reliability and security.

🤝 Work Directly With Enterprise IT & CISOs

You’ll be the technical face of 3D Spark for our largest customers - leading architecture reviews, security deep-dives, and deployment workshops with IT Security teams up to the CISO level.

🧰 What You Bring

Core Expertise

• Strong experience with Linux, networking, containers, and secure infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with Docker/Docker-Swarm and Kubernetes (or willingness to lead our transition)

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

• Keycloak or similar IAM platforms

• Monitoring & SIEM stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Wazuh)

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices (Snyk, Trivy, etc.)

• Familiarity with GDPR, IT security, and modern cloud-security practices

Security & Compliance

• You have contributed to at least one ISO 27001 certification or similar security framework implementation.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing Private Cloud / on-prem architectures for enterprise customers

• Azure experience (AKS, VNet design, Key Vault, private endpoints)

• Building automation or 1-click deployment systems

You have:

• Delivered the 1-click Private Cloud deployment image

• Enabled at least one enterprise customer to deploy it

• Migrated core infrastructure toward Kubernetes

• Hardened our security posture and supported ISO 27001 readiness

• Become a trusted technical counterpart for enterprise IT & CyberSec teams
